What to do if I want to change or cancel my order?
As long as your order has not been sent to our warehouse for fulfilment, which is typically happened 6-12 hours after the order is placed, we should be able to change or cancel it. You can contact us as soon as possible via hello@leccio.co, we will solve your change/ cancel request in a timely manner.
How do I place an Order?
We design the checkout process as user-friendly as possible. You can place your order by proceed to checkout page from product page or cart drawer, then fill in your information and then make payment.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept Paypal and various international cards such as American Express; China UnionPay (CUP); Discover & Diners; Japan; Credit Bureau (JCB); Mastercard; Visa. Unfortunately, we don't support Cost-on-delivery (COD) at the moment. The payment must be made in full before the order is confirmed.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries in the world.
When will I receive my order?
Processing Time: Verification of order details, sourcing, quality checks and packaging. All orders are dispatched from manufacturer within 48 hours after the order is placed and the payment is received.
Shipping Time:
Your package will arrive between 10-20 business days depending on your geographic location and availability of stock.
